چکیده
This paper presents a new multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) method, namely the ratio product model (RPM). We first overview two popular aggregating models: weighted sum (WSM) and (WPM). Then, we argue that models suffer from some fundamental issues mainly due to ignoring nature of alternatives' scores with respect criteria importance weights criteria. Building on notion compositional data analysis, developed RPM regards performance as compositions, which solves around WSM WPM. Using several examples, show WPM could lead erroneous conclusions, whereas fully reliable conclusions. Since many MCDM methods rely aggregation approaches, proposed method is significant contribution field puts forward correct way analyze decision problems while respecting constraints input data.

SimCare: A Model for Studying Physician Decisionmaking Activity
A major factor that contributes to the high rates of medical error in the treatment of patients with diabetes and other chronic diseases is the complexity of the tasks that physicians must complete. SimCare is a model of the clinical care setting for patients with type 2 diabetes. The model was designed to support investigation of physician cognition and decisionmaking activity. SimCare is dyna...
متن کاملMulticriteria Subjective Reputation Management Model
The most widely used reputation models assume uniform users’ preference structure. In this paper a new reputation management model is presented. It is focused on aggregation of community wide reputation in situation when agents do not share the same preference structure. The reputation is interpreted as vectors of attributes that represent several reputation evaluation criteria. Outcomes of the...
متن کاملIdentification of a Multicriteria Decision-Making Model Using the Characteristic Objects Method
This paper presents a new, nonlinear, multicriteria, decision-making method: the characteristic objects (COMET). This approach, which can be characterized as a fuzzy reference model, determines a measurement standard for decision-making problems. This model is distinguished by a constant set of specially chosen characteristic objects that are independent of the alternatives. After identifying a...
